Martin Vaculik is performing on Saturday on May 25th in the qualifying round for the next year’s Speedway Grand Prix season. The Slovakian is planned to race in competition in Zarnovica.
Promotion to Grand Prix Challenge in Pardubice will be granted to four the best riders. This year the statut has changed and straight to SGP 2025 four competitors will be promoted. Earlier only three riders could get the place in the elite after this tournment.
The qualifying round in Zarnovica is going to be very exciting. Between the front runners and candidates for victory, apart from Martin Vaculik also Robert Lambert, Anders Thomsen, and Patryk Dudek are mentioned.
“Surely I would like to get promotion to Grand Prix Challenge. I hope to get place in the top four in Zarnovica and thanks to this I will go to Pardubice in October. Of course my goal this year is the fight for a medal in Speedway Grand Prix, however starting in this tournment is a kind of insurance. I would like to have a place in the elite four the next year. However I hope to be between the best six riders of SGP in the end of rivalry, because then I will have the oportunity to competein this prestigious event” – said Martin Vaculik.
